EXCURSIONS
Tru di artisć - the artists' trail
Just a few steps from the hotel and suitable for young and old, a visit to this open-air contemporary art museum is an experience that should not be missed. The entire walk takes less than an hour, starting from La Villa and arriving in the heart of San Cassiano. It consists of 3.5 km of works of art along a flat path surrounded by nature.
Lagazuoi Open-Air Museum
Of great historical value and natural beauty, the Lagazuoi massif can be easily reached via the cable car that connects the Falzarego Pass with the Little Lagazuoi. Here many paths branch off, retracing the old routes used during the First World War. This is an opportunity to visit the numerous completely restored tunnels, military posts and trenches free of charge. Located only 17 km from the Sporthotel Teresa, the starting point is equipped with ample parking and can be easily reached by car.
5 Torri
Often combined with the Lagazuoi tour, these trails of low and medium difficulty are suitable for everyone. The hike can last from 15 minutes up to 3 hours. To discover these trails and the views that accompany them is a way of losing oneself and then rediscovering oneself in time. Departing from the Sporthotel Teresa, you can reach the 5 Torri chairlift in less than 30 minutes, traversing the incredible views of Sass de Stria and the Falzarego Pass.

Sass Dlacia - San Cassiano ***
This wall is located in an area not far from La Villa and is equipped with a picnic area, ideal for families. The climbing is both demanding in terms of technique and endurance, as the dolomite has sharp holes. In some areas, it is also possible to climb in the rain.
Falzarego Boulder Zone - Falzarego Pass
The beautiful hollow of the Falzarego Pass, in the heart of the Dolomites, surrounds 50 wonderful boulders, ideal for keen climbers. The climbing is rough and steep.
Sass dla Crusc Via Gran Muro
One of the most spectacular and technically very interesting free climbs on the beautiful sound rock face. The route is fully equipped, but one must pay attention to the initial plinth! This route was first climbed by Reinhold Messner in 1969 and then by a few others. After 46 years, this famous passage of 4 metres of vertical smoothness is still being talked about today.
NORDIC WALKING
Around Pedraces and La Villa, a total of more than 80 km of marked trails of varying difficulty are available, which are suitable for both hiking during summer days and winter outings.
In Alta Badia, the two core hubs for excursions are the Fanes-Senes-Braies and Puez-Geisler nature parks. Both are Unesco World Natural Heritage Sites, are home to unique scenery, and protected ecosystems. Therefore, not only Nordic Walking all year round, but also snowshoeing.

GOLF IN ALTA BADIA
For those who love the swing, Sporthotel Teresa offers unique thrills. Just 9 km away, a 9-hole scenic green (par 72) enjoys a spectacular panoramic view beneath the peaks of two giants: the Sella Massif and Monte Sassongher. Experienced golfers will be delighted by the difference in altitude and the panoramic views. Beginners will get their first big satisfaction at the driving range and putting green. Supervised by an instructor, you can play from June to October at an altitude of 1700 metres, far from the sultry heat and in the heart of unspoilt nature.
MOUNTAIN BIKE
Alta Badia has repeatedly been crowned a member of Mountain Bike Holidays. Here, a mountain biking holiday has an added twist: get lost on the trails of our Dolomites, test your endurance on the toughest climbs, and then stop at the top to enjoy the incredible natural spectacle that has been delighting people for hundreds of years.
