EXTRAORDINARY CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19:
To allow you to book your stay in peace, we inform you that in the event of cancellations due to impediments in travel resulting from legal provisions relating to the containment of the pandemic, or in the event of an ascertained disease (Covid-19) and against a relative medical certificate , your deposit will be returned or, at your option, converted into a stay voucher of equal value , to be used within 1 year of its issue, and the relative standard penalties will not be applied.

STANDARD CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
SUMMER
- For cancellations between 13 and 10 days from the date of arrival> penalty of 50% of the total amount of the stay
- For cancellations between 9 and 7 days from the date of arrival> penalty of 70% of the total amount of the stay
- For cancellations over 7 days from the date of arrival> penalty of 90% of the total amount of the stay
- No-show > penalty of 100% of the amount of the stay
