The hotel accepts payments by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash up to the maximum limits permitted by law.
We do not accept checks at checkout and accept bank transfers made at least 3 business days prior to checkout.

With the "Feel Happy" formula you can cancel your holiday up to 21 days before the arrival date without incurring any penalty**:
For cancellations beyond the limits indicated below, the following applies:
For cancellations between 21 and 14 days from the arrival date > penalty of 50% of the total amount of the stay
For cancellations between 13 and 10 days from the arrival date > penalty of 50% of the total amount of the stay
For cancellations between 9 and 7 days from the arrival date > penalty of 70% of the total amount of the stay
For cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 90% of the total stay amount will apply.
No-show > penalty of 100% of the stay amount
NB: Meals not consumed and days on which you will not be staying at the hotel (e.g. in the event of early departure) will not be deducted from your bill.
The deposit required to definitively confirm the booking is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, **to be paid within 7 days of confirmation** which will be sent at the time of booking confirmation.
**For cancellations within the indicated deadline, the full deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 1 month from the cancellation.**
