How do I get to Sporthotel Teresa?
The hotel can be reached by car via the main Alpine roads and from the train stations of Brunico and Bolzano.
The closest airports are Bolzano, Innsbruck and Verona.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally available from 3:00 PM , while check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is available, subject to availability.*
*Any additional costs for late check-out must be verified with the hotel.
Is the reception open all day?
The reception is available to assist guests during their stay and provide information on activities, excursions, and services from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Outside of these hours, all guests are provided with a dedicated telephone number for any communications outside of these hours.

RESTAURANT AND BREAKFAST
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes, the Sporthotel Teresa has an on-site restaurant, the "Green Restaurant," which offers typical South Tyrolean cuisine and traditional Italian dishes.
Every day the restaurant accompanies guests' stay from the morning by offering:
- Buffet breakfast with sweet and savory delicacies, including coffee, fruit juices, and an assortment of herbal teas.
- Every day afternoon snack with delicacies from the Chef (drinks not included).
- Dinner (drinks not included), consisting of:
- Delicious salad buffet , fine cheeses, local cured meats and delicious "treats" from the imagination of our Chef
- 3-course menu with a choice of 4 first courses, 4 second courses and dessert
Vegetarian and special diet options (food allergies or intolerances) are also available upon request and with prior notice.

- 1.0 km - Santa Croce– Badia (IN WINTER reachable by the hotel's free ski bus at scheduled times)
- 2.0 km - Piz la Jla - La Villa
Does the hotel offer ski facilities?
Yes, winter sports services are available, such as ski storage and information on local facilities.
We also have agreements with equipment rental services at discounted rates.
Is there hiking near the hotel?
Yes, Sporthotel Teresa is an ideal starting point for trekking, mountain biking, and excursions in the Dolomites.
The reception staff can provide all the information regarding local opportunities and certified guides in the area.
Does the hotel have sports facilities and a gym?
The hotel offers its guests a beautiful indoor tennis court and an adjacent fitness area with state-of-the-art equipment.

Booking directly often allows you to access the best available conditions.
What payment methods are accepted?
The hotel accepts payments by credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and cash up to the maximum limits permitted by law.
We do not accept checks at checkout and accept bank transfers made at least 3 business days prior to checkout.
Some extra services can be paid directly at the facility.
Is a deposit required to confirm the reservation?
Yes, a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
"FEEL HAPPY - ENJOY HOLIDAY"
Book your holiday with complete peace of mind!
With the "Feel Happy" formula you can cancel your holiday up to 21 days before the arrival date without incurring any penalty**:
For cancellations beyond the limits indicated below, the following applies:
- For cancellations between 21 and 14 days from the arrival date > penalty of 50% of the total amount of the stay
- For cancellations between 13 and 10 days from the arrival date > penalty of 50% of the total amount of the stay
- For cancellations between 9 and 7 days from the arrival date > penalty of 70% of the total amount of the stay
- For cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 90% of the total stay amount will apply.
- No-show > penalty of 100% of the stay amount
NB: Meals not consumed and days on which you will not be staying at the hotel (e.g. in the event of early departure) will not be deducted from your bill.
The deposit required to definitively confirm the booking is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, **to be paid within 7 days of confirmation** which will be sent at the time of booking confirmation.
**For cancellations within the indicated deadline, the full deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 1 month from the cancellation.**
